Just opened events at Belgrade Fair – 13th International HORTICULTURE Fair and the 11th International Exhibition of Medicinal Herbs and Honey Remedies NATURE GIFTS – prove that our agriculture and horticulture do not lag behind Europe at all.

Opening these events, Mr. Danilo Golubovic, State Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, said these events were annually increasing, more beautiful and better. The Fair also obtained a direct business dimension in time, connecting small agricultural manufacturers, which considerably supported and realized exports of local products, pointed out Mr. Golubovic.

Plant growing is a specific job, which has to be loved, said Mr. Andjelko Trpkovic, General Manager of Belgrade Fair. These events should initiate the competition spirit of small agricultural manufacturers and get their products closer to the exporters and the world.

These events take place under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry Engineering and Water Management and Belgrade Fair Partner in the organization of these attractive events is the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce.
