- Holding the SAILING SHOW this year, at the time of the world economic crisis, is a victory of wish, idea, determined objectives of the sailing funs, said Mr. Andjelko Trpkovic, Belgrade Fair CEO.
- It is good that it is so, since basic needs satisfying cannot and should not be the only important thing in one’s life. People were sailing also long time ago, at the time of harder poverty and just at that time there were great worldwide discoveries, up to the finding out the earth was not a flat plate, potatoes and spices became then available to the inhabitants all over the world.

The Fair CEO had the special pleasure of announcing Mr. Vojislav Radivojevic, a famous sailor and skipper, the initiator of the idea of forming the Alligator Sailing Team, who pronounced this year’s SAILING SHOW opened.

- The Belgrade SAILING SHOW is very important to me, for me it is a place where children’s dreams become reality, said Mr. Radivojevic.
- I bought my first sailing boat here, six meters long, which was huge for me and now, we have come to the Alligator Sailing Team. I am sure the living future is on the rivers, just like in all developed cities, and money is there, as well. All this is important, but the most important thing for the real sailors, the fanatics, is the wind, the speed, a successful fight with the nature.
