The Co-Organizer of the 4th International Defense Fair PARTNER 2009 IS THE PUBLIC COMPANY Jugoimport SDPR who integrated the participation of the Serbian defense industry manufacturers at this event, among which also Zastava Arms, Krušik, Sloboda, MBL, Prva Iskra,  Prvi Partizan, Prva Petoletka, Teleoptik Gyroscopes, EI Opec, Faculty of Electronics Niš, Senzor Infiz, IRITEL, INSA, Zastava Trucks, Vatrosprem, Sandra  Shoeware, Gepard and EDEPRO.

Many arms and military equipment items were completely developed in the Jugoimport SDPR and many of them have been featured for the first time at this year’s event. The greatest attention of the local and international delegations was paid to the LAZAR vehicle – a multi-purpose armored vehicle, mine and ambush attack resistant. This vehicle’s concept is presented by the contemporary vehicle of the MRAP class, with some characteristics of the MRAV class vehicle and it actually combines the basic characteristics of these two worldwide extremely important wheeled armored vehicle classes.

The self-propelled artillery howitzer NORA-B/52 155 mm is intended for neutralizing of many hostile actions. It is a Jugoimport’s innovation.  The reconnoiter combat vehicle WOLF, with the lifting and multi-purpose optoelectronic platform and remote control arms station are the latest trumps of this company. Many other Jugoimport SDPR’s exhibits, important in the defense and military operations, among which also the multi-purpose high range missile system ‘Fisherman’, the commanding/information system for armored vehicles, are exhibited till June 5 at the Defense Fair PARTNER 2009, in Belgrade Fair Hall 3.
