THE PRACTICE FAIR, organized for the first time this year, under cooperation of the Young People Office and the Corporate Secretariat of the City of Belgrade, found its place ‘in the space’ between graduation and finding a job. The experience is somehow always the obstruction between the graduates and employers, the first ones haven’t got it, but they are looking for a job and the latter require it and offer a job. The PRACTICE is actually the starting point of the young people after graduation, a place where they can gain the practice, experience and learn the practical company operation, as well as discover and develop their individual potentials.

That the PRACTISE is a good example of partnership among the young people, economy and the City Management, it was confirmed by Ms. Tanja Visekruna from the Corporate Secretariat of the City of Belgrade, who expressed her hope someone from the young people would speak at this event opening already in the following year, at the event number two, having gained in a year the most necessary practice for the job finding.

- Everyone is looking for experienced young people and this is, hopefully, an opportunity for young people to find the relevant practice and then also the appropriate job, said Mr. Kosta Andric, from the Young People Office.
- We are pleased that many companies recognized this place as a meeting point of those who need each other, having prepared a good offer for young educated people. Graduates should just come, bring their CV and their faith in themselves and start getting the experience.
