The Monter Company from Ivanjica manufactures all purpose prefabricated houses. In addition to the residence and weekend houses, as the most demanded ones, Monter manufactures also kiosks, shops, garages, halls, schools, preschools, etc.

For the demanding clients it is particularly important that all facilities may be manufactured as tailored and desired by the clients, in addition to the standard ones.

The basic offer includes the complete component production, with the basic and auxiliary materials, transportation and mounting. The houses are placed on the ready made foundations and the slab constructed by the buyer, according to the manufacturer's design. The facilities are mostly mounted by four workmen, within three to seven days. The prefabricated house delivery deadline is 20 days.

Monter includes 18 standard houses in its offer. The cheapest one has got the area of 27.30 square meters and it costs EUR.5,130.00, whereas the most expensive one is quite large – it has got 135,87 square meters and costs EUR.21,550.00.
