The brand name strengthening is the imperative of the local economy, pointed out Mr. Parivodić, and added just that was what the BrandFair was dealing with, which became a brand name itself in its three years, as estimated by Mr. Parivodić. As mentioned by Mr. Stojan Jeftić, Vice President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, making Serbia a brand name and creating as many national brand names as possible is a successful transition formula. Mr. Gustav Navaro, Vice President of the International Investor Council, pointed out at the opening, Serbian companies may learn how to make a brand name from the large worldwide ones, who came and still come to Serbia, and a new, more beautiful face of Serbia appeared with the local brand name creation, as well.
The event founder and organizer, Mr. Milivoje Radovanović, Managing Director of the Mass Media International, announced some respected guests, worldwide experts in the brand name branch – Mr. Martin Lindstrom, whose book will be promoted at the event and Mr. Simon Enholt, who will have a lecture of the nation, region and city branding. During the three BrandFair days, as stated by him, within the three programs, the Conference Brand, the Presentation Brand and Live Brand, the participants and visitors would have the unique opportunity to realize by all their senses the brand names and feel them, which is the motto of this year's event.
