Manufacturing of the food in accordance with the healthy living and food standards has been in trend for long time, but for the interest shown by Belgrade inhabitants and other visitors of the 3rd GOVERNMENTAL BEEKEEPING FAIR can be stated it exceeded all expectations.

Opening this event, Mr. Slobodan Milosavljevic, Minister of Trade and Services in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, pointed out it was a very important fair and promised persistence in the struggle against the false honey, increasingly appearing in the market.

On behalf of the Serbian Beekeeping Association, the organizer of this selling exhibition, the participants and guests were welcomed by Mr. Rodoljub Zivadinovic, who said extra quality honey is produced in Serbia and the entire produced quantity could be exported.

The Serbian Beekeeping Association used this opportunity also to hand over medallions to the most deserved participants in fulfilling the organization’s objectives – to the Ministries of Agriculture, Trade and Services and the Interior, Serbia Convention Bureau, the President and Secretary General of Apimondia.
