Wooden prefabricated houses and log cabins have been accepted worldwide since a long time and have attracted attention of the local consumers' for a few years, as well. The manufacturers display annually at the Building Trade Fair many models of these facilities, in various structure and size, houses made from various materials. By their standards and quality they have not lagged by the classical buildings since a long time and compared with them, they have got some advantages, as well – first of all the construction speed and good prices. An additional value are the natural materials they are made from.

In addition to the classical prefabricated house and log cabin manufacturers, models of an unusual one have appeared this year, as well. At the stand of the Criminal Sanction Execution Department, among others, also a prefabricated weekend house has been displayed, manufactured by convicts in Serbian prisons.
