Many innovations, improved "old' products, a modern design, functionality and a modern construction approach are characteristic for the 37th International Building Trade Fair in Belgrade. The manufacturers did their best to offer to the market as high quality and attractive products as possible, there are many of them and we are featuring just some of them to you.
At the Velux stand, where this manufacturer introduced the Roof Balcony GDL Cabrio, there is a daily crowd. This is an innovative roof window solution, which may be transformed into a balcony and one gets thereby more light in the room, having also the opportunity to go out to the balcony and enjoy the view. The Velux roof windows are so impact resistant that the manufacturer offered those in doubt to throw on the window a 400 gram steel ball from one meter height and let them assure themselves that the window will remain intact.
The Slovenian JUB company featured new paints from the Antique and Art Color series and showed event the amateurs could use them on the walls. This stand star is a girl, whose body was painted by body art technique, by the paints from JUB product range.
A great attraction has been attracted by the houses built by convicts from Serbian prisons. Two hundred Euros per a square meter should be spent for them. The price of the land, foundations, piping and cabling and interior processing should be added to it, as well. Bearing in mind the interest, this offer has got just one failure – the convicts can manufacture only five houses a month.
Brabo has also featured new Euro roof windows, whereas Cini Invest introduced new models of the aluminum, decoration and electric radiators.
Baumit featured new façade systems Open Climate Plus and XS 022 and the consumers considering modern technologies very important may see and buy a mailing box opened by a magnetic card. This box manufacturer is Delta from Pozega.
Potisje Company from Kanjiza introduced a new type of the drawn roof tile und the name Transylvania, whereas SUN – LAB Ltd. presented the Shan eave, having received the Red Dot Design prize for this year as an innovative T-Line window sun protection system.
The new functional metal protection coatings are deserved for a well noticed participation of the Zorka Color company, as well as a new generation of highly covering interior coatings, featured at this year's event. |
