Go the right way is the basic message all prospect and experienced exhibitors will find in the Fair Participation Guide, promoted at Belgrade Fair. Reaching an objective understands certain moves in the proper sequence and the Guide itself includes the instructions how to carry out these numerous planned activities.

The Guide’s author is Mr. Srdjan Pilipovic and the publication has been created by the idea of the Regional Agency for the East Serbia Development – RARIS, under support of the German Agency for International Cooperation, GIZ and its project Local Economic Development in the Danube Region (GIZ – KWD).

The first of five sections the Guide deals with presents the reasons for participation in an event, the trade fair classification system, through the entire participation plan to the stand construction. The second section deals with all preparations for a fair participation and the exhibitors are suggested how to coordinate their ideas and realization costs with the planned budget. In the third section, the author was describing in details the exhibitor’s trade fair activities during an event and a special part is devoted to the postfair activities. In that Guide section, the exhibitors are suggested always to bear in mind that the event is not finished by the exhibit packing, as well as that an analysis and subsequent activities additionally support the effects of the participation itself.
