His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Mr. Irinej, accompanied by the Church dignitaries, visited the Book Fair. His Holiness the Patriarch attended at the Fair the promotion of Holy Bible the Old and New Testaments. It is interesting that this is a publication, in which, for the first time, the Holy Bible texts were published in the speaking understandable Serbian language.

His Grace Bishop of Bačka Dr. Irenaeus said the Holy Bible represented the book above books and it should not be especially presented, since it was the basic book of the Church. What should be pointed out is the fact that, for the first time in our history, the Holy Bible is presented in the speaking understandable language, which is an adequate reason to promote it and recommend for use.
