The Serbian Corporate Security Managers Association has been recently founded under cooperation with Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. The Association’s objective is expert gathering and strengthening of their activities. Since this is a matter of the increasing importance, there is no wonder that the sector staff are interested in membership in this Association.

- We are pleased to follow the increasing interest of corporate security managers from various companies in the membership in our Association, says Mr. Dragan Trivan, Vice President. – Our members are already the managers of Post Office, Telecom,  NIS, Gasprom, National Bank –  National Mint, Serbian Ski Grounds, Airport Belgrade, AMSS and many other institutions. The iSEC event accelerated additionally the expert gathering, which is basically both our and the Fair’s idea.

The Association is currently intensively forming the High Expert Council as the Association body consisting of the local professors, but also those from the whole region  - Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia and the Republic of Srpska. As declared by Mr. Dragan Trivan, the Council should provide the scientific contribution to this branch, assist in the science and practice connecting, contribute to improving the managers themselves, organize various public discussions and support the regional cooperation, which has already started.

Just at the iSEC, the Association organizes a panel discussion on Friday, November 4, under participation of international experts who will feature there. One of the most influential lecturers is Dr. Denis Čaleta from the Institute for Corporate Security Studies from Slovenia.
