The last this year’s event – New Year Fair starts on Friday, December 16, at Belgrade Fair. Large fireworks at 6.00 pm, in front of the Hall 2, will be the start sign for this traditional fest before the New Year’s Eve and the visitors will be served boiled wine and brandy, as annually. About 100 exhibitors participate in the New Year Fair, lasting till December 30. They will offer their goods and services to the visitors in the Halls 1, 1A and outdoors. The Nomad agency brings to Belgrade Fair the largest amusement park in the Balkans, taking traditionally the central position in the Hall 1. Children, young people, but also older visitors, will be able to enjoy about fourty latest amusent devices, a half of which intended for the youngsters. The ticket prices for various drives and amusement features remain the same as last year – RSD.50.00 - 150.00. The New Year Fair visitors will also be offered the various consumer goods. The salesmen announce significant discounts, especially for the goods mostly bought before Christmas and New Year’s holidays - gifts, decoration, Christmas tree lights, souvenirs, jewels, bijouterie, toys, books, pyrotechnics, as well as cosmetics, garments, footwear, leather, fur and textiles. A part of the indoor and outdoor space is intended for restaurants and cafes. Booths with sweets are installed outdoors, as well. Charity organizations also participate in the New Year – Red Cross, Serbian Civil War Disabled Persons Association, Children Shelter and Ms. Branka Veselinović will have her humanitarian stand, as usually, as well. The event opening hours on week days are from 1.00 pm to 8.00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays, the New Year Fair will be open for visitors already since 10.00 am. The entry tickets cost RSD.200.00 and on the week days they are valid also as a ticket for a ride in the amusement park. The entry for children at the age up to 7 is free of charge. The car parking shall be paid RSD.100.00 / 1 hour. |
