The first Neufert appeared as long ago as in 1936 and up to date it remained an irreplaceable, comprehensive and reliable handbook for civil engineering experts, architects, investors, lecturers and students. It was translated into about twent world languages. In a new, revised and modernized edition, special focus was on an increased architects’ responsibity for the environment, the biology aspects in the civil engineering were deepened and expandedas well as those of construction in old buildings.

The Fejzić’s trilogy, enriched by many color photographs, is devoted to the railway passenger stations and terminals from the architectural point of view. Describing their construction, development and the reached updating grade, the author presented skillfully their functioning way and the processes of their designing and dimensioning.
