Miloš Bugarin Opens the Technical Fair

The oldest large Belgrade Fair event – International Fair of Technique and Technical Achievements, will be held on May 14 – 18,  at the Halls 1, 1a, 2, 3, 3a, 4 and the outdoor space.

Under the slogan Tech Starts, more than 500 exhibitors, a half of them from 23 worldwide countries, participate in this year’s 56th  event. Local exhibitors and those from Austria, Belgium,  Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, the Netherlands, Croatia, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Turkey and Taiwan will feature to the visitors contemporary technologies within automation, robots, wireless communication, electrical engineering, electronics, lighting, processing technique, logistics and materials.

Mr. Nikola Marković, President of the Serbian Society for Informatics, spoke about almost four decades long cooperation with Belgrade Fair. He said the branch the Society deals with was very important for every country’s progress and it would promote services and awareness of the intellectual property protection importance:

- We organize the meeting New Trends in the Information System Development, with the objective of gathering the experts and users in the field of information/communication technologies. The experts will feature the role and importance of these technologies in reducing the crisis effects and preparation for the EU entry. We shall have a lot of work in this branch and the importance is confirmed by the data that those who intensively invested just into this branch were the first ones who started getting out of the crisis.


116 technological innovations will be presented within the exhibiting and professional Side Event Program at the Technical Fair, which makes the event prestigious in the science world. Especially interesting is the fact that 51 innovations are featured by local companies.

National and Group Exhibitions will be held this year, as well.
The National Exhibition of the Czech Republic is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. Croatian Chamber of Economy is the organizer of a group participation of exhibitors from Croatia. Serbian Chamber of Commerce will organize business meetings of metal processing and electrical engineering sector businessmen from the regional countries.

The most successful exhibitors will be awarded the traditional Fair awards and recognitions Step into the Future. 

ALL BRANCHES REPRESENTEDLike every year, the Hall 1 features INTEGRA, 21st Century Computer Integrated Factory, uniting the computer integration and automation of all processes.  Flexible automation components and modules, electronic measurement instruments and gauges, program development and testing, management and surveillance devices and software, numerically controlled machinery and tools, processing and measurement centers, industrial  robots, tools and tool systems, Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing equipment and software  are the most important sections of this year’s exhibiting conception of  Integra.

Electrical Engineering is a very important exhibiting branch, which will be featured together with the power and industrial electronics, industrial, office and home lighting, at Belgrade Fair Hall 2.

Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning are the branches in trend and attract great attention. Thus, many local and international exhibitors will present their technical/technological innovations, especially those contributing to the renewable energy source saving and use and the environment protection.

Business and general audience will have the opportunity also to find out details within processing equipment, logistics, welding, as well as functions and characteristics of new materials.


SERVICE INFORMATIONThe Festive Opening of the Technical Fair  is on Monday, May 14, at 11.00 a.m. at Belgrade Fair Hall 1. Mr. Miloš Bugarin, President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, will speak at the Festive Opening Ceremony.

The opening hours are from 10.00 a. m. to 6.00 p. m, other than the  last event day, Friday, May 18, when the opening hours are till 5.00 p. m.

The individual entry ticket price is RSD. 400.00, for the group visits it is RSD.250.00 for pupils and trade school and University students, the entry is free of charge (with an approved list). The car parking price is RSD.100.00 per one hour.
