Safekeeping of the old recipes and manufacturing of old specific meals, as well as an organized presentation of the small manufacturers, since it would be a problem for each individual exhibitor, are the basic motifs for which the  Cooperative Association of Vojvodina, along with its members – representatives, decided for the second time to participate in the ETHNIC FOOD event.

A diverse and extensive offer of food products characterizes also this year the collective stand of the Cooperative Association of Vojvodina. In addition to the Futog Cabbage, which is expansive, as they say, in the real offensive as regarding branding, the exhibits are also snails, goat cheese, eggs and ostrich meat products, fat pork products and food preparation additives.

The Cooperative Association of Vojvodina is an independent, interest, professional business organization, founded by the cooperatives from this region. Mr. Petar Radic, the Adviser for Production Matters, says the small manufacturers are given any necessary support, but also advices and then directing in the job. One of the important recommendations, reached by research, is that raw material production does not pay, that the final product manufacturing and sales bring much higher profit.

- The "small production" should not at all be a problem for the small manufacturers; we are convinced it is a resolution for them if it is a high quality one. Such goods always have their consumers. We should find our real position, which is not to try producing Ferrari, but it is – food production for the Ferrari drivers, says Mr. Petar Radic.
