Dinkic pointed out that the entrepreneurs are the people who always look ahead and as the statistics show that no more than 5% of the population possess some entrepreneurship skills, it is the reason more to encourage them, instead of unabling their efforts.

Unemployment rate is our biggest problem and it is absurd that our problem also lies in the lack of the work force. There are jobs that nobody wants, which indicates that those people have some other source of income. The third problem is the deficit of certain professions, meaning that it is necessary to simultaneously change the educational system as well. More than 100 thousand registered small and medium companies and 200 thousand entrepreneurship shops show that there are good ideas and that we should support those who wish to realise them, Dinkic explained.

Dejan Jovanovic, Director of the Agency for the Development of SME and Entrepreneurship has said that BUSINESS BASE is the actual supporting instrument to this sector. Explaining his pleasure that this is an international Fair, Jovanovic said that their goal is to stimulate the regional development and create the conditions for better cooperation with the state institutions.

The slogans "Get Connected" and "Get the Advantage at the Start" are aimed for the beginners who need the information concerning the market conditions, legislation policy, and the obstacles, Jovanovic explained during the Opening Ceremony of the Fair BUSINESS BASE.
